1. How do I buy from your product? If you want to buy a product from our gallery, just select the one you prefer and add to your cart. We have add to cart selection tool for ease of review for the products you have chosen. Please note that the military and police uniform is not offered for non-military or police personnel for some security reasons. To avail those items, you must present a valid identification directly to our office. This is with accordance to the Republic Act 493 of the Civil Code of the Philippines.
2. Do you accept returns or exchanges for damaged products? Certainly yes! Provided it is within the scope presented in our Returns and Exchanges page. You may return unused items in their original condition and packaging
within 15 days. You will receive a full refund minus the original
shipping charges.

5. What are my choices for my domestic or local courier? For our domestic shipment, we have contracted LBC Express. For international shipment, you may choose between LBC Express or FedEx. more
6. Do you accept cash on delivery? For domestic and international delivery, we are trying to consider this matter but due to some losses in the past, we have established a "no cash on delivery" policy. The answer is No. BUT, in case of local delivery within the vicinity of Iligan, GOOD NEWS! We accept COD!
7. Is my payment refundable upon delay of delivery in your part? We certainly make no refunds, but we slash off some amount for the total price of your items in case of delay on our part. more
8. Can I order more than 50 units of a single product? Yes. Provided that our inventory supply could attend your needs. This depends on the availability of our supplies.
