We deliver high-quality products - products that look just like what
you see on our site. If the products
you received differ materially from what you ordered at C & S, Ltd., if
the goods are otherwise flawed, or if your order arrives later than
promised, then you may return the custom goods together with the receipt for a certain price refund (the return shipping shall be shouldered by C & S, Ltd.), within 15 days of receiving your custom order.
All we ask is that you notify C & S, Ltd., before returning any goods to ensure that your return is handled quickly and accurately.
All our products are inspected before delivery, but in case we have shipped you the wrong goods or damaged not due to your negligence, we would be glad to give you refunds or exchange without additional charges.
For damaged goods, you are asked to return it no later than 15 days from receipt of our delivery. Damaged goods refers to items who have defects due on our part, or through exercise of our undue negligence. For items damaged through fortuitous events, we are not liable for any damage created by it. For damaged items due on the part of our courier, we are not also liable for any damage created by them. And for damages due on the part of the customer, we will not be liable for any negligence on the part of our clients.
Purchases or gifts may be returned within 15 days of the day you
received the order, unused, unwashed, in original condition and
packaging, for a complete refund (excluding shipping charges.) Please
contact us before before returning any merchandise.
For goods that are different from the one you ordered to us, you are advised to return it not later than 15 days upon receipt of our product. We are only accepting returns of this kind if the customer has proven such that specification they have given is grossly different from what they have received. The proof of difference is a burden on the part of the customer.
You can return such damaged or wrong goods provided:
they are in their original condition.
the items have not been used.
You may return unused items in their original condition and packaging
within 15 days. You will receive a full refund minus the original
shipping charges. In order to get your refund, please contact customer
service for a return authorization number. Returns without an
authorization are not guaranteed a refund. Returns must be accompanied
by your name, address, telephone number, invoice and the return
authorization number assigned by customer service. Please make sure that
the package is securely wrapped. Return costs are the customer's responsibility.
Once you place an order our system begins processing. Should you need to
cancel or change your order for any reason, please call us at+639108945452 and request your change. We will make every attempt to
alter or stop the order from being shipped. Once the order is in transit
we will be unable to cancel or make any changes to the order. Please
note that we can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of
our error.
